Primoretz Hotel is emblematic of the city of Burgas, known to Burgas citizens for generations as the personable hotel of the city.
The exceptional location of the building next to the sea garden makes it a suitable place for relaxation and entertainment in each field of public life, holding national, international, cultural and commercial events.
The aim of the investor and the architect was to create a contemporary, functional modern complex with a vision reminiscent of urban architecture of the first half of the last century, which in its essence demonstrates mastery of detail.
The vision of the building meets Burgas citizens’ nostalgia for the times when by means of a lot of patience and craftsmanship buildings used to acquire their own unique image.
One colour in several shades is applied for the colour layout of the building.
The darker shades are used for the loggias, which underlines the distinctness of the building, enhanced by daily lighting on the building.
The decorative elements are coloured in slightly lighter shade, which also highlights the unity of the facade and stresses the embossment.
The retro look of the building is combined with modern construction technologies and materials.
From a functional standpoint, the building offers to its guests comfort and amenities in a unique, modern spa centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, conference block with room for 200 visitors, two restaurants, nightclub, lobby bar, spacious hotel rooms and service spaces.
The spa & wellness centre is designed for both guests of the hotel and external guests and for the purpose is provided with a second entrance, foyer and reception desk in the southern part of the complex, including indoor swimming pool of 150 m
2, 9 rooms, hydrotherapy area, sauna, gym, beauty salon, doctor's office.
Main entrances and access by car are from the city. Under the front yard is built an underground parking for 48 cars.
The courtyard space of the complex, facing the sea is designed so as to merge with the alleys and the green of the sea garden.
There is a large swimming pool with seating space for relaxation and summer bar.
In order to facilitate the construction, reconstruction and adapting of part of the existing building to the whole complex, the building is divided into five units, separated by deformation joints.
Access to the site and internal communications are secured with ramps, duplicating the stairs and the technical facilities needed to overcome the places of inclination.
The former hotel "Primorets" is turned into a modern multifunctional complex and provides its guests with affordable service in a modern environment with sophisticated design, comfort and cosiness.
