The hotel is located on a steep rocky slope near Kardjali dam lake.

The aim of the project was to create a balanced, attractive and animated environment in harmony with the local nature features.

The complex consists of two groups – two-storey hotel and horizontally elongated and terraced houses, each with separate access, combined in one composition.

The space of the restaurant is hidden under a green planted area and a balcony.

The project concept provides the buildings with favourable sun lighting, fine view of the dam lake, human scale and living comfort.

The façade design follows the typical building traditions of the region.

Stone as the main building material is a constituent part of both the exterior and interior of the buildings in combination with white plaster and wood.
