This residential building is an architectural monument of local importance and is part of the architectural composition of three houses with common structure, roof and facades.
At the end of 2007 a fire destroyed the roof and part of the second floors of two of the houses (West and Central Houses).
At that time the implementation of the restoration and adaptation project for the third (East) house was already started.
In January, 2008 was made a full architectural survey of the building. The project was completed in May, 2009.
On the first floor the existing shop is preserved, although of smaller area, with the provision for additional shop.
The main entrance comes from the inner yard on the north side of the building, where a covered terrace is framed.
On the first floor there is an entrance hall, boiler room and centrally located staircase, giving access to the upper floors.
In the basement is foreseen the disposition of a winery, gym with sauna, storage room and WC.
The second floor is envisaged as a main living space, divided into two apartments.
The construction is solid and of reinforced concrete with three-sloped roof, covered with tiles.
Facade renovation materials are selected with particular caution, given the fact that the building is a monument of culture.
The plinth is finished with stone facing.
The building is insulated from the outside using Baumit Insulation System Pro with Proterm plates of 10cm thickness and silicone plaster of 0019 K1,5 type.
The revival look of the building is restored by preserving the specific style of the architecture of Tryavna.
