Given the new requirements, norms and regulations for reducing the cost of building conditioning.

Baumit was assigned to develop and propose to the Investor a system for facade thermal insulation to cover the minimal requirements for conditioning in the region of Lovech and the same to be taken into account for the outside walls when preparing the technical design.

Following the studies and heat engineering calculations made by Baumit an appropriate "Baumit integrated insulation system" design was proposed and accepted by the Investor with the following features:

• Baumit ProContact adhesive putty
• Baumit nailed-in anchors IDK-T – 155 mm x 6 pcs./per m²

The project of the facade was made by arch. Emilia Hristova and the colours of the façade were decided by arch. Nikolay Filipov. After preparation of ​​Baumit samples on site for plaster and colour, and the presentation of the innovative NanoporTop plaster made by Tsv. Lalov, the Investor chose the Nanopor Top K2 top coat in combination of the Nanopor fine structure with the respective sample colours and the self-cleaning ability of the plaster.
