In Rosgarten the civic community Zizers is developing a high-quality, marketable superstructure in several stages.

Six small multi-family buildings are being constructed to house modern apartments (2 ½, 3 ½ or 4 ½ rooms).

Single family homes with building leases or ownership are to be built on 13 plots.

The whole district has been designed to be free of traffic (underground garage).

Due to the connection to the GEVAG district heating network, the residential district will be carbon neutral.
