The property is an agricultural outbuilding erected at the turn of the 20th century.

The core structure of the building was in good condition, so the decision was made to retain and enhance it by installing living accommodation.

As well as lime plaster and renovation plaster, the old plaster was used as interior plaster during the renovation and modification work.
