Vamos OOD was established in 2004 in Sofia with main activity targeted in investment design.

Since its very establishment, the Company has won recognition as a professional architectural and design studio with series of implementations throughout the country.

The Company has an administrative department specialized in processing projects at different stages of the investment process.

We have developed a great range of contacts with professional engineers and consultants in the different fields of the investment designing, which allows us always to offer optimal solutions for each specific project.

In 2006 the Company was ISO 9001 certified.

From a design standpoint Monte Boyana can be considered as a real challenge with a view of creating a gated community on a strongly sloping terrain in the foothills of Vitosha Mountain, whilst being landscaped and rich in greenery, yet comfortable and pleasant to live.

On a plot of 9260 m² we have deployed four buildings; the first one located on the highest part of the property has its ground floor facing the street, intended for commercial purposes.

The rest of the buildings comprise total of sixty-six apartments and studios with ten entrances.

On the basement level each of the four buildings has basement with a total capacity of one hundred and ten parking spaces.

Communication between the buildings is carried out by internal driveway with maximum inclination of 10% in certain areas, the main slope is 7%, which is an advantage envisaging the prolonged winter period in the region.

The choice of the thermal insulation and façade treatment of the buildings was prompted by our desire to make a nice, attractive and, not least, an optimal solution with regard to the budgetary terms.

The facade is designed and implemented respecting the requirements of modern and energy efficient buildings.

The housing estate is a harmonious place to live. Each apartment is spacious and with unique views either of the mountain or the city.
