The facade of the residential building is modelled in modern style and design.

For the most part of the façade was used the Baumit PRO integrated thermal insulation system with SilikonTop topcoat in white colour 0019 as per the Baumit LIFE catalogue that is in perfect harmony with the material and colour of the aluminium panels cladding and glass railings.

For the final pattern of the overall design composition were also built decorative horizontal joints, which further emphasize the facade solution.
