Purpose: Commercial building

The building is located in the central urban area, as part of the business and residential complex, near the biggest city promenade, which is always in the eye of the observer.

The facade of this building is an excellent example of making the ordinary an extraordinary.

The „ordinary“ thermo insulation facade, according to the idea of architects, by adding another one coats of thermal insulation, the thickness of the basic facade, and different width, per system full – empty, makes an effect of some kind of „bar-code“, from where the observer can see an interesting play of light and shadows.

White colour of the facade further enhances the contrast that appears on the surfaces of the facade.
