I.  BUILDING DATA

The building Iris 4 is a part of a residential condominium consisting of block of collective flats, with a high regime located inside the city limits of Timisoara, in the Northern part, adjacent to the street Nicolae Grigorescu (traffic ring IV).

The residential condominium represents a private investment initiated by the real estate developer SC Sedako Group SRL, and consists of three buildings located parallel to the above mentioned road.

The last of these buildings, Iris 4, situated in the Northern part of the parcel on Str. Vasile Loichita nr. 6, consists of underground level + ground floor +7 floors + 1 retracted floor.

The general concept at the level of the facade consisted in attributing an jacket with an asymmetric geometry, achieved nevertheless from elements with a certain degree of repeatability, being Able to generate a composition at the level of the facades as well as around all together and being able to dampen the monotony of the disposition of the architectural part in an identical way on all over ground levels.

Also, due to the wide surface of the facades, a rescaling of the elements composing the facades was conceived, so that it could be perceived at a m=micro-visual level, not only as a whole.

II.  ARCHITECT DATA

The company SC RD Sign SRL, is constituted by a management core of two architects, Daniela Negrisanu and Razvan Negrisanu, and is sustained by the talent and devotion of another five young architects, Valentin Sumanariu, Roxana Serbanoiu Oana Aneci, Gabriela Pap and Cristina Milici.

Founded in 1992, but with an intense activity in architectural design starting with 2011, the company displays a varied portfolio of works and functions approached, contracted and managed during its existence.
