I.  BUILDING DATA  

The CG residence is a one-family house located in a rural area in the Vrancea County near the town Focsani.

The plot is optimally oriented towards South-East and a relatively square shape, so that the building could be located aloof from neighbouring objects.

The daytime area was placed on the ground floor with terraces facing South and North-West, featuring a natural extension of the interior.

From the volumetric point of view, the beneficiary wanted a house with cot out volumes and with different finishing made of decorative plaster and stone.

Total facade area:  350 sq.m.

II.  ARCHITECT DATA  

Located at Focsani, Global Proiect is a Romanian company specialized in the design of civil and industrial buildings.

Under the coordination of arch. Stefan Chitimus a series of new projects but also updating and rehabilitation of buildings was achieved.
