Façade processing of the building: Given the investors' high requirements to lower the costs for buildings conditioning, yet at the start of the investment design was decided the external enclosing walls to be of 25 cm "Vineberger" - "Poroterm" lattice bricks and Baumit integrated insulation system, thus combining the natural construction materials with perfect thermal insulation.

After performance of thermal engineering calculations and careful analysis of the possible thermal bridges, it was decided to implement OpenClima type facade thermal insulation of 10 cm thickness.

The choice of the insulation system is imposed by the requirements of the investors for breathing facade in order to optimize housing conditioning.

For insulating the plinths was selected 5 cm thick XPS-R insulation with a sealing strip in the area of the joint.

The roof insulation is implemented by 15 cm thick XPS insulations, affixed to the steam insulating membrane, placed between the wooden slats of the roof.

Below the unheated premises is envisaged XPS thermo insulation of 10 cm in elements.

Colours used for painting the buildings are defined by the designer, seeking for the contrast of the plasters with the natural colour of limestone.

The choice of the colours was made in accordance with the investor’s willingness to obtain "Mediterranean" style of the building.

Colours were blended together with the investors after preparation of colour samples for the specified facades to achieve flawless colour decision.

For the second floor was used Art line Lazur paint.

Nanopor top К1,5 and К3 type of structural plaster was used for the facades, thus enhancing the contrast among differently coloured surfaces.

The choice of the top coat was dictated by the high requirements for breathable finishing and colour fastness given the specific placement of the building in the property.

Specific part of the decoration is the stone tiling, which is laid in accordance with the Baumit system for structures of weight up to 40 kg with two layers of fibreglass net and STR U fixing anchor.

In all external corners are used ending water dripping profiles.

The windows joinery of the building is made of three-layer PVC profiles with three layers of glass.

Standard Baumit profile was used for the windows.

For the joinery assembly were used mounting profiles for treatment of the joints between the window frames and the walls.
