Category: 1+2 family residential dwelling
Given the investors' high requirements to lower the costs for buildings conditioning, yet at the start of the investment design was decided the external enclosing walls to be of 25 cm "Vineberger" - "Poroterm" lattice bricks and Baumit integrated insulation system, thus combining the natural construction materials with perfect thermal insulation.

After performance of thermal engineering calculations and careful analysis of the possible thermal bridges, it was decided to implement OpenClima type thermal insulation of 10 cm thickness for the facade.

The choice of the insulation system is imposed by the requirements of the investors for breathing facade in order to optimize the housing conditioning.

For insulating the plinths was selected 5 cm thick XPS-R insulation with a sealing strip in the area of the joint.

The roof insulation is implemented by 15 cm thick XPS insulations, affixed to the steam insulating membrane on the surface of the roof slab.

Below the unheated premises is envisaged XPS thermo insulation of 10 cm thickness in elements.

Colours used for painting the buildings are defined by the designer, demanding the contrast of the two shades of gray with the "wenge"-colour wood coating and the natural stone tiling.

The choice of the colours was made together with the investors after preparation of colour samples for the specified facades to achieve flawless colour decision.

Nanopor top K2 type of plaster was used for the facades - the choice was dictated by the high requirements for breathable finishing and colour fastness given the specific arrangement of buildings on the property.

In all external corners are used ending water dripping profiles.

The windows joinery of the building is made of PVC profiles with three layers of glass, also with attention paid to measures taken for sunlight protection, where over the windows on the west facade are fitted sun blinds "hidden" in the thermal insulating package according to the architectural element.

For the joinery assembly were used mounting profiles for treatment of the joints between the window frames and the walls.
