Residence LibeRest, situated in a natural setting in close proximity to the city centre, is a unique development offering tranquility, privacy and well-being and, at the same time, all the comforts of the metropolis.

The residential complex, covering a total surface area of 11,000 square metres, is conceived as a closed community that includes a fenced-off area with lush greenery, complete with a beautifully kept pond as well as front gardens for each ground floor apartment.

The property is equipped with CCTV for enhanced security.

Noted architects have since the project’s very inception focused on imbuing the complex with peace, privacy, relaxation and the advantages offered by a modern city.

The extensive chateau-like garden, with its countless private corners and spaces for picnics and relaxation, as well as the pond, were designed by a landscape architect who has previously worked on the gardens of Prague Castle.

Encompassing two buildings – a newly-constructed L-shaped residential building and the original extensively renovated palatial villa – the Rezidence LibeRest project offers 22 luxury apartments with parameters to satisfy even the most discerning clientele.

The modern residential building comprises 19 apartments, all fully completed and equipped.

The remaining three apartments in the villa offer distinct spaces and utility value in the very singular spirit of the villa and its garden.

Thus we have decided to give future owners a free hand in determining each interior’s final specifications.

The spatial arrangements of the 22 available apartments vary from two rooms to six rooms (39.3 to 202.4 square metres), but three-room and four-room apartments predominate.
