This residential building interprets in its architectural expression the basic motifs of multifunctional urban residential buildings of the 2nd half of the 20th century.
The division into the multifunctional parterre (ground floor) housing shops and the four typical (recurring) floors with the receding roof floor is clearly legible in the building’s design.
Along with the recurring window openings, loggias and balconies, it creates the characteristic tectonics of a functionalist residential building with clean facades of white colour.
The transparent railings and columns in the parterre in the “rainbow” colour spectrum represent the enhancing elements contributing to the originality and individuality of the building.
