The simple, minimalist tectonics of the point-like 8-storey residential building is formed around the principle of the contrast-based subdivision into four facades.

The two white and smooth facades structured by the regular window grid are complemented with the two facades featuring a relatively deep continuous loggias that interconnect the vertical wall elements of the olive-green colour scheme.

The volumetric concept of this building comes with the compact and balanced character.
