Category: More family residential dwelling
This modern family residential was built by the Austrian Siedlungswerk and designed by the star architects Delugan Meissl.

It is located in Vienna‘s new "Sonnwendviertel" district, within a new urban development territory.

The project has the aim to offer the widest possible range of apartments and accommodation options, in a wide and barrier-free housing, attractive to all generations.

Special attention was put on the aspect of building ecology.

The building was concipated as a low energy house and windows provide triple glazing for low operating costs.

The facade comes with a very interesting architecture and varying window design, despite of high insulation thickness and fire protection requirements.

Therefore etics EPS-F plus and SilikatTop as a final coating were the first choice.
