Object is situated in the old part of town and its appearance fits very well in oriental ambience.

Relation with environment has been achieved by applying traditional architectural elements in the appearance and materialization of the object.

The facade of the building is characterized by elements and colouring conforming to the surrounding architecture.

Although on the facade was used modern thermal insulation system, the natural luxury final layer, which was applied as the final treatment, with its natural colour and structure, exquisitely fits the environment.
