The project comprises six residential buildings with the spaces between them united by the architectural concept to create a comfortable and cozy for habitation urban environment.

Yet from the very beginning of the design, through planning and space structuring of the buildings the foundations were conceived the way to build on the concept of the estate as a triunity of form, function and vision.

Smooth forms and soft colours with calm lines of the facades, with rich vegetation and beautiful pavements are the expressive means of the designer to put the contrast between the public and the residential buildings.

The residential ensemble is designed for people with high demands on the quality of the environment and the comfort of living, seeking privacy and comfort away from the hectic daily routine.

The facades are processed by means of combination of two materials:

Baumit plaster and stone, creating a lean and sharp vision line.

The stone is used for coating the lowest and highest level of the building, designing the bottom and top endings of the surface, and the plaster is used to form the appearance of the other two levels/storeys.

The plaster not only separates them visually and volumetrically, but adds splendor and colour to the design solution.

The combination of plaster in colour with white cornices framing the terraces and the windows, contribute to the modern vision of the buildings, interpreting in a new way the old buildings in Sofia with their rich ornamentation and elements.
