I. BUILDING DATA

The location is in an airy residential area, near the town, far from urban weavings meant to impose volumetric and stylistic restraints.

We have chosen a simple volumetric version only on a ground floor organized around the living room which develops on the entire height until the crest of the roof framing leaving the structures of the latter at sight.

One notices a re-interpretation of the traditional porch which provides the passage from the outside space to the inner space while the wide eaves enhances the connective relationship with the environmental ambient.

The obtaining of an atmosphere of natural and calmness, of protection and harmony was intended.

Total built area:    400 squ.m.
Total facade area: 250 squ.m.

II. ARCHITECT DATA

NBC-architect  and its leader architect  Bogdan Constantin Neagu was selected among the top 50 architecture offices of Romania by the Information Bank for Constructions, Architecture and Urban Planning – The University of Architecture and Urban Planning "Ion Mincu" and BusinessWeek .

They are a design office distinguished at multiple internal and international prestigious contests.
