One- family house is a typical representative of a small modern minimalist architecture, placed in traditional environment, among houses from 70s.

When designing the outdoor facilities a fusion of a house and surrounding area has been reached.

The wooden terrace combines the ambience with the garden.

The minimalist façade (Baumit open with NanoporTop)  and surroundings  are perfect ambience for social gatherings offering an intimate and unpretentious environment.

The wall lights at the house give a façade new appearance, painted by discrete rays of lights, shadows.

The house is literally “Baumit house” as there were used also other materials from Baumit product portfolio: MPI 20, Divina Pro, Glema I plus, Estrich E 225 and PorenbetonKleber.
