The Slnečnice residential buildings form part of the new residential zone on the southern edge of the largest Central European panel housing estate in Bratislava.

They create a new, positive impetus for the suburbanisation of the peripheral part of the city.

The refined, neo-modern architecture emphasises the continuous loggia motif combined with the warm, earthy colour scheme, being developed to the position of a kinetic facade that becomes a dominant architectural feature.
