The façade received sand-coloured sgraffito in keeping with specific guidelines for historic
preservation.

During the planning phase, sample areas were created under the supervision of the Brandenburg state office for the preservation of monuments and the state archaeology museum.

The colour and composition of the final coat corresponds to the original 1908 rendering.
