Architect: FF Bau / Bauwerk Flensburg, Bad Oldesloe
Location: Bad Oldesloe, Germany
Year: 2013
Applicator: Förde & Fjord, Steinberg
Investor: Hindenburgstraße 17-19 Grundstücks GmbH & Co. KG
Category: Renovation

The shopping centre in Bad Oldesloe has been fully renovated.

The roof and floors have been removed and completely reconstructed.

Various different EPS strengths and silhouette profiles were used to create an escape route or to make the house more visually prominent.

The property has a mezzanine level that has been installed at 5 m, so that the 4 flats are not immediately noticeable from the front.

SliverFlex 2m reinforcement material has been used to a high degree on the rear façade to meet the particular demands of the building due to the large number of visitors and parking spaces in the shopping centre.

The following work has been carried out:
Demolition and gutting work, drywall construction, shopfitting, production of an ETICS façade, masonry and concrete work, screed work, painting and filling work, element assembly, ETICS “stucco” façade refurbishment.
