The aim of this construction project was to both revive the appearance of an historic building (town house) and to give the modern extension a matching façade surface.

For both sections of the building, the historic residential building and the modern extension, an EST 02 rasped plaster was manufactured.

Thanks to this surface, it was possible to establish a link between modern architecture and the renovation of an historic building.
