Polygonal building shape is implemented in the WDV system (precise outer edges)

The entire building (residential apartment, exhibition space, sculpture workshop) is conceived based on the “coconut” design philosophy.

That means brown plaster (like a coconut) on the outside and bright, white, smooth render on the inside.

Thus another philosophy is realised - hard shell, soft core.

The façade is conceived as a perforated sheet façade with individual window recesses.

“Residential windows, workshop windows and exhibition windows”, the exhibition windows in particular display the products of the sculpture workshop and have an impact on the “public areas” and the much frequented green spaces.

All floor spaces are seamlessly coated in a white shade and reinforce the “coconut” principle.

Roof areas are covered in green vegetation. The efficient energy concept includes an air heat pump.
